Mr. Greiner describes these four images: "'Irvin Mayfield at Snug Harbor 1999,' the grain of the image seems congruous with the lighting and feel of the composition. 'Jason Marsalis on Vibes, Jazz Fest 2001,' the long angular torso repeated in the sticks, stands and bells of the instrument is beautiful. The third, 'Howard Johnson Jazz Fest 2001,' this rotund figure echoed in the instrument is also elegant and beautiful. Lastly, 'Jeremy Davenport in Studio NOLA 1997', looks like it is from another era, rather than a contemporary figure. Does that make it timeless?"
